The objective of the website is restricted only for the purpose of generating leads for DAS Welt Auto
(“DWA”) and DWA on its own shall not conclude any sales or to take any responsibility for the
payment between Dealer and Customers.
Therefore transaction between Dealer and Customer on the basis of leads generated from DWA website
shall not be considered as e-commerce transaction. Actual sale transactions of vehicle sales shall
be concluded by the Customer and relevant Dealer at the Dealership location.
